Two Frequently Asked Questions

1)Question: How do I start the process for adoption of a child I saw on your web site? I have an approved home study.
Answer for Texas Residents	If you have an approved home study that was completed within the last 9 months, please call the person who licensed you and tell them about the child you are interested in. You you may also click on the link on the child's page and visit the TARE web site and submit your interest there by filling out their interest form. This form will go to the child's contact.
Answer for Non-TEXAS Residents	The same process is applicable as above if you have a current approved adoptive home study.

2)Question:How to I start the process for adoption of a child I saw on your web site? *I do not* have an approved home study.**
Answer for Texas Residents	Please contact any of the private agencies listed below to begin the approval /home study process.
Answer for Non-TEXAS Residents	Contact an adoption agency in your state or your states child welfare agency to begin the process.A good place to look for other state agencies that can help you with the process is Heart Gallery of America Inc.
