Donations Needed and Received
- After a photo session with the children we noticed a
few things that all of the children could use:
- Chapstick
- Back packs
- Jackets
- Coats
- Pants, etc.
- A good scanner/printer with extra ink is really needed!
- Printer paper and Photograph paper for the printer
- $10 - Walmart gift cards for every child photographed
- Thanks Azleway!
- Gas cards to deliver the photo prints to the various locations.
- Gifts for the kids- age specific- we will get them to
them!

Gracious Gifts:
Heart Gallery has been blessed by being surrounded
by wonderful people. The number of talented photographers,
writers and donations and discounts are too numerous to name.
We have received a substantial gift from the Fourth
Partner Foundation in Tyler, TX. and a large gift from an
anonymous donor. This grant will allow us to scratch many
things off our to-do list, one of which will be the creation
of an online page to officially thank all of those that we
are truly thankful for. We sincerely thank you all
for believing in us and supporting our mission. We would
like to recognize the United
Way non-profit Development Center of Smith County for
the wonderful work they do to help us and our friends.

Current Needs
1) We need your support to to keep going! Does your office
have a pledge drive? We could speak to your co-workers about
making a small donation every month. How much can you give
every week, month, year? It really adds up! Click here
to DONATE!
2) We need a sponsor for our mall display - We have a place
and a display. We need liability insurance and a
framer to finish this effort!
3) Family mentors needed...East Texas Heart Gallery is seeking
family mentors to guide new adoptive families who struggle
with challenging behavior from their children. A family mentor
would provide support and advise on coping and growing. Contact

4) Volunteers for the Christmas Party - planning, gathering,
baking, etc.
5) Sponsors for children's portraits- $25 for each child
per exibit .We currently have 7 tours scheduled. DONATE!
6) Someone to write the text for a 3-minute video to be used
in churches and movie theatres Glow in the Dark is
helping! We need a video savy person for editing.

The East Texas Heart Gallery will feature a minimum of 70
children’s portraits a year. As a Heart Gallery sponsor,
your dollars directly support the material cost to frame,
display, and promote the exhibit as it tours East Texas. It
also is used to recruit families through targeted grassroots
communication efforts, community meetings, alliances and e-mails.
Sponsorships of in-kind donations are also welcome. Corporate
Sponsors show their commitment to the community through their
relationship with Heart Gallery Children.
